1. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our product and the immediate costs associated with AI resource generation (API fees),all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a subscription has been purchased or credits have been added to your account.
2. Subscription Management
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Account Settings in the app. Your access to Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
3. Exceptions
Exceptions are only made in cases of documented technical errors by our system that prevent usage, or if required by local consumer law.
